MyWelder is provided in two main configurations (packages), according to customer production needs: single workstation and double workstation.
The double workstation provides more productivity, allowing the loading and the unloading of the work pieces in masked time. The single workstation places more attention to the costs.
In addition to the main configurations, Industria Tecnologica Italiana is pleased to offer fully customized packages to its customers, integrating different types of robots, welders and electric axes for external movements.
For customized solutions Industria Tecnologica Italiana is able to provide the complete study of the workcell. It is possible to include welding tables with different sizes, safety barriers and any requirered analysis for the CE marking of the system.

MyWelder Full Double is designed to use the collaborative robot in a double workstation with a 2400×1200 welding table.
MyWelder Full Double allows to get high productivity rates for medium and large lot productions. Thanks to the safety barriers system, user can load and unload work pieces totally safe in half table while the collaborative robot keeps welding on the other half of the table. Using this system it is possible to make the most of the system, increasing the saturation of the collaborative robot with a great reduction of the cycle time.

MyConnect software package includes software for data collection and analysis of welding cycles, in order to optimize the productivity of the robotic cell and to support the diagnosis and troubleshooting of the system. MyConnect makes MyWelder an Industry 4.0 capital good, 40% tax deductible according to Article 1, paragraphs from 1051 to 1063 of Law 178/2020 (Budget Law 2021 on tax credit for Industry 4.0 capital goods). MyConnect is available on demand.
MyConnect package can be integrated with MES, ERP or customer PMS. Industria Tecnologica Italiana is available to evaluate any connection based on customer IT products in order to provide the best solution ad a competitive cost.
In case customer is not in possession of any PMS, Industria Tecnologica Italiana can provide a turn key solution that works without any pre-extisting IT system in order to achieve Industry 4.0 fiscal benefits.
Industria Tecnologica Italiana technical and financial experts are fully available to evaluate and confirm the adeguacy to current fiscal laws of the final configuration of the system installed.
